It is capable of live switching between four HDMI inputs, or rather four cameras that can output an HDMI video signal. The Atem Mini supports video signal formats up to 1080p60. It is also capable of interfacing with a computer, via a USB cable, in order to send a video signal to a computer. It uses a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect to a computer. The video signal can then be sent to remote collaborators using a variety of popular video streaming platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or OBS Studio. The Atem Mini is great for theatrical or live music performances, and also video conferencing. This unit is quickly integrates Zoom meetings, and it makes setting up your audio, an often overlooked component to video streaming, very easy. (in this video we are using our<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.magnanimousrentals.com\/side-by-side-high-resolution-photo-rig\/\">Side-by-Side High-Resolution Photo Rig<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Connect your cameras to the Atem Mini.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Connect the Atem Mini to a computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plug-in the Atem Mini&#8217;s power cable, and it will automatically power on. Make sure this monitor has a headphone output for audio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Set your computer&#8217;s display settings to &#8220;Dual Display&#8221;:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For MAC, select the Apple icon in the top left hand corner of your browser window.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select &#8220;System Preferences&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select &#8220;Displays&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select &#8220;Arrangements&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Turn off &#8220;Mirror Displays&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Drag the Zoom app window to the second monitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Open settings in Zoom, and go to audio settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select the secondary monitor (that is displaying the Zoom app window) in the &#8220;Speaker&#8221; section.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select &#8220;Same as System&#8221; in the &#8220;Microphone&#8221; section.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Setup a <a href=\"https:\/\/magnanimousrentals.com\/rental\/zoom-h6-field-recorder-kit\/143\">Zoom H6 Recorder<\/a> to run an audio signal into OBS Studio.
